Nice hat!
Jonathon was having a hard time blowing this New Years' Eve noisemaker hard enough to make a noise, so he devised other uses for it. First, he tried it as a hat. Later, he just hummed into it and then used it as a microphone when he announced, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you... The Pirate Show!"
